Review:
Orpheus in the Underworld

If you're looking to
update an opera that once "scabrously satirised political life and
social mores under the Second Empire" then it makes perfect sense that
you would enlist one of the great political satirists of the late
Twentieth Century to write it.

Culture Northern
Ireland's Terry Blain was there to see if Rory Bremner could restore
the cutting-edge of Offenbach's risqué original humour in NI
Opera's production of Orpheus In The Underworld. To find
out what he thought, read his review in full.
